Fallout: Miami - Kelsey James Outfit

This was an outfit I was responsible for finishing up for Fallout: Miami. The high-res sculpt was mostly complete, I just had to finish up the boots, and then do the game-res mesh and texture. For the male version of the outfit, I just tweaked the clothing from the female character to fit the male character.
